Have you forgotten to activate the parking mode? In this case, some cars lock themselves automatically ("engine lock").

If this is the case, briefly activate parking mode afterwards and exit it again immediately. You can then simply continue driving.

You can find the terms of use of a voucher on the respective voucher page in the app. Simply go to the "Your vouchers" section and select the voucher for which you would like to view the terms and conditions.

The detailed terms and conditions of use and redemption are also linked there, which will take you to a more detailed version of the voucher terms and conditions.

If you leave the company, your hvv M mobility budget will be deactivated by your employer.
If you take a "time-out", your budget will be temporarily blocked for the period of your time-out. As soon as your hvv M mobility budget is released again by your employer, it will be visible again in the hvv switch app and can be used.

Both statuses are visible to you in the hvv switch app.
If you do not have access to your mobility budget, you can simply enter a different payment method before or during the booking process.

This can happen for one of the following reasons:

You did not select your voucher for redemption before booking. You should decide for yourself when to redeem your voucher, so we leave the decision up to you. You can find out how to redeem your voucher in the app here.

The validity period of your voucher has expired. Always check the terms and conditions of your voucher. Each voucher has a clearly defined validity period.

If your voucher could not be redeemed for any other reason, please contact our customer service.

Under the menu item "Your journeys" you will find information about the journeys for which you have already used vouchers. Vouchers have already been used. Here you can also see the value of the voucher, the price you paid and the amount you would have paid without the voucher.

Yes, when using hvv Any, the app must be running the entire time and must not be closed, otherwise no data can be recorded for calculating the journey. This does not mean that the screen has to be switched on all the time or that no other apps can be used on your smartphone while using hvv Any. The hvv switch app simply must not be closed. If the app is not active for too long (max. 2 minutes), your driving authorisation will be revoked.
