Unfortunately not! You can only use one voucher per booking. The vouchers cannot be combined.

This can happen for one of the following reasons:

• Always check the terms and conditions of your voucher. Each voucher has a clearly defined validity period. If a voucher is not redeemed within the specified validity period, it will be automatically removed from your account on the expiry date.
• Vouchers have no remaining balance. If the voucher value exceeds the booking price when redeemed, leaving a balance, the balance will be forfeited.

A B+R day ticket is valid immediately from the time of booking and is valid until 23:59 on the following day.

No. Provisional driving licenses and ID cards are not accepted for use of the car sharing services in the hvv switch app.

This can occur if a validation process is started and not ended by clicking on the cross and selecting a reason or if the app is closed during the validation process. In this case, please wait a short time and then try again. You can restart the driver's license validation after one hour at the latest.

You can use a hvv switch voucher once for one product. The remaining amount expires.
