The lockers are located in the collective garage. They are therefore only accessible in combination with a parking space booking. Therefore: Make sure that the locker is located in the same collective garage as your bicycle parking space. This is how you can book a locker:

  • As soon as you click on “ Locker”, another page opens with further details about the selected B+R station.
  • The “Book locker” button takes you to the booking page, where you can choose a tariff and a collective garage.
  • After selecting the garage and tariff, you can make your booking using the swipe-to-action button.
  • Your active booking will now be displayed at the top of the app home page.

The number of the locker in the collective garage is assigned to you - unlike with the parking space.

The QR code and the manual access data are no longer available in the app after the end of the booking. This means that the door to the collective garage can no longer be opened. The bicycle parking space or locker is released for booking again in the app and can therefore be booked by someone else. If there are still spaces available in a shared garage where your bike is parked, you can book a new parking space and receive new access data. If there is no free capacity in the garage because someone else has booked in the meantime, please contact the customer service of the operator Kienzler Stadtmobiliar GmbH: 07831 / 788 900

cambio calculates your journeys and other invoice items retrospectively. The credit limit defines an upper limit for journeys that have not yet been billed and works in a similar way to a loan. If the credit limit is exhausted, e.g. due to outstanding receivables, no further bookings can be made until the amount has been settled.

Should it happen that you cannot return the cambio car directly to the station or the hvv switch point, please look for a nearby parking space in a public area.
The vehicle must be parked in a roadworthy manner. The current version of the German Road Traffic Regulations (StVO) also applies in this case. In addition, the use of residents' parking spaces is not permitted.

Please contact the cambio booking service immediately, stating the license plate number of the car you are using as well as the information that you are an hvv switch customer.
This will ensure a smooth transition to a subsequent booking.
