You cannot undo a cancellation that’s already been made. If an account is cancelled/deleted, we’re obliged to delete your data and this process cannot be reversed. It is, however, quick and easy to re-register with hvv switch at any time and start using its services again.

Buying the first hvv ticket you enter into a contract with the HOCHBAHN regarding to the hvv switch services. By activating a service of one of our partners, you enter into a contract with the relevant partner as well.
You can take immediate action yourself by changing your password. Simply go to your profile in the app itself. If you want to have your account blocked and report the abuse, please contact hvv switch customer service.
You can cancel your hvv switch account without any prior notice, simply by sending an e-mail in text form to firstname.lastname@example.org. Alternatively, you can click on the "Cancel hvv switch account" link in your profile in the app. You can also use our contact form here on the website.
Re-activation of the cancelled service is possible at any time as long as the terms and conditions are respected. If you decide to cancel your hvv switch account, we will automatically cancel the accounts you have with our partners.
You have to be at least 18 years of age to book a MOIA shuttle. Both adults and children of all ages can ride on the shuttle, as long as the conditions of transportation are met. This means that adults can take children with them provided they can be appropriately secured inside the vehicle.
