Yes! You can add and save your voucher for later redemption in the app as long as it is valid. Make sure that the voucher does not expire.

You can easily add the promo code in two steps:

  1. Open the hvv switch app and tap “Profile” > “Vouchers” in the menu bar
  2. Tap “Enter voucher code”
  3. Enter your voucher code in the input field and confirm by tapping “Confirm code”

Your voucher will now appear under “Vouchers.”

Each voucher has clearly defined terms of use that are checked when you add a voucher. Make sure you meet these conditions. If your voucher could not be added for any other reason, please contact our customer service. We will be happy to help you!

This can happen for one of the following reasons:

  • Always follow the terms of use for your voucher. Every voucher has a specific validity period. If a voucher is not redeemed within the specified validity period, it will be automatically removed from your account on the expiration date.
  • If you have used up the voucher value for your rides, the voucher will also be automatically deleted. You can see which rides you used the voucher for under “Rides” > “History.”

If your voucher is not displayed for any other reason, please contact our customer service.

Here’s how to redeem your coupon code:

  • Open the specific offer in the hvv switch app for which you want to redeem your coupon.
  • Before booking, you’ll see the “Coupon” field. If you have coupons saved in your profile for this offer, the coupon will be automatically applied here.
  • If you have multiple vouchers saved that are valid for this product, you can switch vouchers by clicking “Voucher.” A page will open showing your vouchers. Select a different voucher and click “Confirm.”

Unfortunately not! You can only use one voucher per booking. The vouchers cannot be combined.
