You cannot cancel a hvv ticket you've purchased in the hvv switch app. If a technical error occurs during a purchase however, please contact hvv switch customer service. We will then check whether cancellations can be made on a case-by-case basis.

Ticket purchases
Your current tickets and bookings can be found at the top of your dashboard in the hvv switch app. You can access an overview of all your bookings and tickets under the usage history menu. Please note that you won’t have access to the detailed view of past bookings and tickets that are no longer valid. Please also note that only those tickets are displayed that you’ve purchased using the hvv switch app. It’s not connected to any other hvv account.
Unfortunately there’s nothing you can do about this. That’s because hvv tickets can’t be cancelled. If the double booking is due to a technical error, please contact hvv switch customer service.
Yes. As soon as the hvv ticket has been loaded to the hvv switch app, it can be displayed at any time, regardless of whether you’re online or offline.

Yes, all hvv tickets purchased using via the hvv switch app include a 7 percent online discount.
Unfortunately not. The hvv switch app only lets you purchase valid hvv tickets for you as the app user.
When using the hvv Any function, it is possible to take additional persons (including children) with you.

Unfortunately not. You can’t cancel any hvv tickets once you’ve purchased them.
Once you’ve registered successfully with the hvv switch app, you can start buying hvv tickets straight away. The app will guide you through the purchase process and ask you for all the information required, such as your full name and your currency (PayPal, debit-/ credit card or sepa direct debit). You should confirm your e-mail address within seven days.
