hvv Subscription Takeover

The hvv Card subscribers should be able to easily transfer their subscription to the hvv switch App.
You are not an hvv subscriber with hvv Card and would like to order a Deutschlandticket in the hvv switch app?
Then simply click "Continue to ticket" and your order process for the purchase of the Deutschlandticket will continue.

It is of great interest to us that you can easily and quickly transfer your hvv subscription to the hvv switch app. In order to provide you with sufficient customer service in case of queries, we write to our customers at different times. Maybe you just haven't been there yet.

Please note:  The transfer only applies to hvv Card subscribers with the customer contract partner Hamburger Hochbahn AG (customer number beginning with the digits "19"). 
If you receive the social discount Hamburg or are a student, a transfer or order in the hvv switch app is also not supported.

Unfortunately no. The takeover only applies to hvv Card subscribers with the customer contract partner Hamburger Hochbahn AG (customer number beginning with the digits "19").

This code is an automatically for you individually created and secure code, which is required for the transfer of the hvv subscription in the hvv switch app.

If you are eligible to transfer your hvv subscription to the hvv switch app, you will receive a letter with your personal switch code.

Please note:  The transfer is only valid for hvv Card subscribers with the customer contract partner Hamburger Hochbahn AG (customer number beginning with the digits "19"). 
If you receive the social discount Hamburg or are a student, a transfer or order in the hvv switch app is also not supported.

You can cancel your hvv subscription at any time and order a new hvv Deutschlandticket in hvv switch. Completely without switch code.
Please take into account that the start date in hvv switch is after the cancellation date to avoid double debits.

To have the switch code sent to you again, please contact the customer service of the Hochbahn.

There are two ways you can proceed with entering the switch code: Either you scan the QR code in your cover letter. The switch code will then appear there pre-filled.
Alternatively, you can select the Deutschlandticket on the home screen and click on "Get started" and "Subscribe now".

You will find the 10-digit hvv subscription customer number on your hvv Card, starting with the digits 19.

You can conveniently use the SEPA direct debit system. Alternatively, you can also use Paypal and credit/debit card as a means of payment.
