You can only view the budget in the hvv switch app. Within the app, you use your hvv m mobility budget like a pure means of payment. As with all other means of payment, hvv switch only has the information that an hvv m account is connected as a means of payment and that a booking was settled with it.

The hvv switch customer service has no insight into the amount and distribution of your hvv M account, but your employer can certainly provide you with this information.

When entering your driving license data, please make sure that you enter the issue date of your driving license category and not the issue date of the driving license. On plastic driving licenses (DE), the issue date of driving license category B is entered in field 10 on the back. On paper driving licenses, there is only one date (date of issue), which is then also the date of issue.

If an incorrect booking has been made due to a technical error in the hvv switch app, please contact hvv switch customer service at info@hvv-switch.de. Please note that public transport tickets are excluded from cancellation.

Yes! You can add and save your voucher for later redemption in the app as long as it is valid. Make sure that the voucher does not expire.

This information is personalized, i.e. it is based on your behavior within the app (e.g. which service you book or which product you are interested in). We only collect this data if you agree to the "personalized approach".

Unlock the car and open the tailgate.

First pull out the charging cable from the vehicle, then from the charging station.  

If the cable cannot be disconnected, press the lock symbol in the driver's door on the ID.3/ID.4 model. Everything ready?

Simply stow the charging cable in the trunk.
