This can happen for one of the following reasons:
You did not select your voucher for redemption before booking. You should decide for yourself when to redeem your vouchers, so we leave the decision up to you. You can find out how to redeem your voucher in the app here.
The validity period of your voucher has expired. Always check the terms and conditions of your voucher. Each voucher has a clearly defined validity period.
If your voucher could not be redeemed for another reason, please contact our customer service.
When the mobility budget is made available, there may be a short-term delay in the display of the amount. If you believe that the budget amount is still not displayed correctly, please contact the customer service at info@hvv-switch.de.
We need the following information for a trip request:
- Start address
- Destination address
- Number of passengers
Important: Initially, autonomous rides are only possible if
- you are traveling for one person,
- within the service area and
- within the specified times.
You can find the latest information on the area and times directly in the app.
If you return the cambio car too late, this is unpleasant for the person with the subsequent booking.
It is therefore better to book with a little buffer time so that this does not happen. Unused time is only charged at 50 percent of the time price by cambio.
If you are still late, extend your booking with the hvv switch app. If you have a follow-up booking, you will be asked to contact the cambio booking service by telephone.
The booking service will take care of everything else. Please note that there may be additional charges for late returns.
The ‘Heimwegtelefon’ is a co-operation between the hvv and the association Heimwegtelefon e.V. to accompany you safely home as passengers of the hvv.

With station-based car sharing, the cars are parked in fixed parking spaces close to your home or workplace. You collect the car at a cambio station or an hvv switch point at the start of the rental and return it there at the end of the journey.

At the B+R stations there are collective garages for bicycles as well as additional outdoor bicycle parking spaces in front of the collective garages. A parking space in a collective garage offers you the following advantages:
- A dry and clean parking space for your bike
- Increased theft protection compared to a freely accessible outdoor parking space
- More protection against vandalism
- Safe use thanks to the illuminated interior
- Locker option with 230-volt socket (only accessible in combination with a locker booking).
You have a free choice of where to park your bike in the collective garage. The bicycles are parked in a double-decker parker in the collective garage. Bicycles of all standard frame sizes with a tire width of up to 55 mm can be parked there. Please note that parking on the upper level is limited to a bicycle weight of 18 kg. The lockers are 395 mm wide, 460 mm deep and 400 mm high.

You can use a hvv switch voucher once for one product. The remaining amount expires.
