FAQ

You will receive the QR code after booking your parking space and/or locker. Open your active booking on the start page of the app. This will take you to your booking details and your QR code. The code to open the collective garage and to open your locker are different QR codes, which you can find in the respective details of your parking space or locker booking.

When entering your driving license data, please make sure that you enter the issue date of your driving license category and not the issue date of the driving license. On plastic driving licenses (DE), the issue date of driving license category B is entered in field 10 on the back. On paper driving licenses, there is only one date (date of issue), which is then also the date of issue.

Please check the following:

• Does the e-scooter have more than 20% battery?
• Do you have mobile data enabled on your smartphone?
• Have you loaded the latest version of the hvv switch app and your operating system?
• Close the app and restart it.

1. Open the car via the app and take the charging card from the glove compartment/armrest.
2. Deactivate the charging station and end the charging process with the card.
3. Then pull the charging cable out of the charging station and then unplug it from the vehicle.
4. Wind up the cable once and place it back in the trunk.
5. Please also put the card back into the respective holder in the car.

You will receive vouchers from us as part of certain promotions or events. hvv switch vouchers cannot be purchased.

If you have been selected to take part in the test operation of the autonomous shuttles, you will receive an e-mail from us with a one-time redeemable access code.

How to activate the function:

• Open the “Beta functions” in the menu of your hvv switch app.
• Select the “Autonomous shuttles” entry.
• Enter your access code there and follow the instructions for activation.

Unfortunately not. If you really need more than one MOIA, you’ll need another person to book another MOIA shuttle using their own account with hvv switch.

A B+R day ticket is valid immediately from the time of booking and is valid until 23:59 on the following day.

If you still have residual budget, which includes €0.01, and would like to book something, you can use your residual budget once a month. The remaining amount will be deducted from your salary and shown on your pay slip. This also applies to the Deutschlandticket.
