Both the fuel, charging and cambio pin are displayed in the app and can be called up permanently during the active rental, if required.
You set up the hvv switch pin yourself when you registered and should therefore know it. It is required, among other things, to confirm bookings and cancelations.
The fuel pin is required to legitimize the payment process by credit card at the petrol station.
The charging pin is required to open the corresponding charging station with the charging card.
And last but not least: Entering the Cambio pin into the on-board computer of a Cambio car is required to release the ignition key.
FAQ
Yes, if you want to park the cambio car in a paid parking lot during your period of use. If you return the cambio car to a station or hvv switch point, a ticket is of course not required.
If this is necessary for the respective station, there is a long-term parking card in the car. You can find more information on this in the respective station description.
Unlock the car and open the tailgate.
First pull out the charging cable from the vehicle, then from the charging station.
If the cable cannot be disconnected, press the lock symbol in the driver's door on the ID.3/ID.4 model. Everything ready?
Simply stow the charging cable in the trunk.
You can view your “saved connections” in the “Trips” section of the menu bar.
If you have a saved connection, this section will be marked accordingly in the menu bar.

Your employer will automatically delete you from the system. All you need to do to continue using hvv switch is to select or set a different means of payment within the hvv switch app.
This can happen for one of the following reasons:
- Always check the terms and conditions of your voucher. Each voucher has a clearly defined validity period. If a voucher is not redeemed within the specified validity period, it will be automatically removed from your account on the expiry date.
- Vouchers have no remaining balance. If the voucher value exceeds the booking price when redeemed, leaving a balance, the balance will be forfeited.
