Information on accessibility

With hvv switch, we are opening up a new digital service that makes mobility in the city of Hamburg even easier and more accessible. In order to open up our offer to the maximum without additional installations and free of technical restrictions, we are currently in the process of implementing the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), the globally applicable standards of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), for this website. These enable us to guarantee you, as a visitor to this website, the best possible accessibility. The process for this is currently ongoing, but we take all requirements for the further development of our digital offer very seriously. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any problems. The contact form is the space you can use to tell us about your experiences as soon as you encounter a barrier on this website. We are looking forward to your feedback on this topic.

A barrier-free website is a web offer that is accessible for everyone without additional installations or (technical) restrictions. The term barrier-free website does not only refer to people with physical and/or psychological impairments, but to every website user in general.
