The lockers are located in the collective garage. They are therefore only accessible in combination with a parking space booking. Therefore: Make sure that the locker is located in the same collective garage as your bicycle parking space. This is how you can book a locker:

• As soon as you click on “ Locker”, another page opens with further details about the selected B+R station.
• The “Book locker” button takes you to the booking page, where you can choose a tariff and a collective garage.
• After selecting the garage and tariff, you can make your booking using the swipe-to-action button.
• Your active booking will now be displayed at the top of the app home page.

The number of the locker in the collective garage is assigned to you - unlike with the parking space.

In the hvv switch app, we use a system that allows us to send offers and information to our users. This information is personalized, i.e. it is based on your behavior within the app (e.g. which service you book or which product you are interested in). We only collect this data if you agree to the "personalized approach".

Yes, you can cancel your StadtRAD account registered via hvv switch at any time in the hvv switch app.

Important: Canceling your hvv switch account does not affect any separate StadtRAD account you may have. So if you also have an account directly with StadtRAD, you must cancel that account separately with StadtRAD. Please note that both contracts are independent of each other and must therefore be canceled separately if you use both.

Note: There is no refund of the annual fee during the first year of the contract, as it is credited in the form of ride credits.

We need the following information for a trip request:

• Start address
• Destination address
• Number of passengers

Important: Initially, autonomous rides are only possible if

• you are traveling for one person,
• within the service area and
• within the specified times.

You can find the latest information on the area and times directly in the app.

This can happen for one of the following reasons:

• Always follow the terms of use for your voucher. Every voucher has a specific validity period. If a voucher is not redeemed within the specified validity period, it will be automatically removed from your account on the expiration date.
• If you have used up the voucher value for your rides, the voucher will also be automatically deleted. You can see which rides you used the voucher for under “Rides” > “History.”

If your voucher is not displayed for any other reason, please contact our customer service.

We have integrated various systems into the hvv switch app that help us evaluate usage behavior from a technical and sales perspective. The data that we obtain in this way helps us to improve the app technically and to better tailor our offering to your needs.

The rental and thus the opening of the vehicle, as well as the ending of the rental, is carried out with the app.

You can stop at any time during the ongoing cambio rental. To lock or open the vehicle, always use the vehicle key. You can usually find this in the glove compartment.

To get started, you can find the autonomous shuttles via the usual booking channel for MOIA - exactly where you book regular MOIA vehicles.

You can unlock a StadtRAD either by scanning the QR code on the bike or by renting it directly from the bike's details page in the app.

Unfortunately not at present. Bookings are currently only possible for one unaccompanied person. Important: Wheelchairs cannot currently be transported in the autonomous shuttles.

As an alternative, the regular MOIA vehicles with driver are still available.
