Have you forgotten to activate the parking mode? In this case, some cars lock themselves automatically ("engine lock").
If this is the case, briefly activate parking mode afterwards and exit it again immediately. You can then simply continue driving.
A cambio car can be booked up to 360 days in advance.
Yes, you can pause your ride. To do so, set the pause in the hvv switch app and lock the bike within the specified time frame.
Please note: The pause time is also charged and deducted from the 30 free minutes per ride. The pause ends automatically after 24 hours.
Cambio cars are charged when they are not on the road. It is therefore necessary to state the estimated distance you would like to drive when making the reservation so that the charging time for the car can be calculated in advance.
