You have various options for purchasing the hvv Deutschlandticket:

Unfortunately, Voi does not yet offer helmets.

Unfortunately not. You cannot use your hvv tickets for MOIA shuttles.

In Germany, Voi maintains a motor vehicle liability and accident insurance for users. The insurance is provided by Zego (Zego B.V. 78746930). The cost of the insurance cover is automatically included in the cost of hiring a Voi e-scooter - users do not need to take out or pay for the insurance cover separately. The insurance cover is subject to the conditions and limits stated in the policy.

For SIXT share, Cambio, MILES and Free2move the following applies: You can transport your pet in a transport box in the trunk. Please make sure that you leave the car as you found it.

To keep the MOIA shuttles clean and to prevent other passengers from being bothered by the smell of food, MOIA asks you not to eat in the vehicle. However, you may of course drink from a resealable container at any time. Please note that the consumption of alcoholic beverages is not permitted in the MOIA shuttles.

Please check with your health insurance company to find out whether the cost of shuttle services are covered and whether hvv switch invoices are valid documents for receiving compensation.

Unfortunately not. hvv switch doesn’t offer any bonus minutes and credits at the moment.
