No, only you, as the owner of the hvv switch account, are allowed to rent and drive cars. The general Terms & Conditions of the respective mobility provider explicitly prohibit the driving of their cars by any third parties. Unauthorised users drive without comprehensive cover and will be fully liable.
To use car sharing services, you must be in possession of valid ID and driving license documents and validate them in the app. If the driving license you have on file expires, we will inform you by e-mail in good time so that you can take care of issuing and depositing a new driving license.

You can redeem your voucher code as follows:
Open the offer in the hvv switch app for which you would like to redeem your voucher. Before booking, you will see the line “Select voucher.” Click on the pencil icon to select a voucher. A page will open showing you your vouchers. Select your voucher and confirm with “Confirm.” Start booking and save!
