Vouchers in hvv switch are not applicable to the hvv DeutschlandTicket. We are not permitted to discount the DeutschlandTicket.
You can use a hvv switch voucher once for one product. The remaining amount expires.
You will find the validity of the voucher in the view of your deposited voucher under "Your vouchers".
Under the menu item "Your journeys" you will find information about the journeys for which you have already used vouchers. Vouchers have already been used. Here you can also see the value of the voucher, the price you paid and the amount you would have paid without the voucher.
