Voucher
Vouchers in the hvv switch app cannot be used for the hvv DeutschlandTicket. We are not permitted to offer discounts on the hvv DeutschlandTicket.
The remaining balance does not expire during the validity period. You can use the voucher for as many rides as you like until the balance is used up.
You can find the validity of the voucher in the view of your stored voucher in your profile under “Vouchers.”
Under the menu item “Trips” > “History,” you'll find all your completed trips. To view trip details, tap the corresponding booking. Here you'll see the voucher used and other information, such as the price you paid and the rental duration.
