Where can you change your privacy (tracking) settings as well as desired notifications if you want to disable/enable them?

You can change these settings at any time like this:
Privacy: hvv switch App menu > Settings > Customize privacy settings.
Communication settings: Menu hvv switch App > Settings > Manage Message Center.
