This can happen for one of the following reasons:
You did not select your voucher for redemption before booking. You should decide for yourself when to redeem your voucher, so we leave the decision up to you. You can find out how to redeem your voucher in the app here.
The validity period of your voucher has expired. Always check the terms and conditions of your voucher. Each voucher has a clearly defined validity period.
If your voucher could not be redeemed for any other reason, please contact our customer service.
