Why do you see a link that says “Transfer from chip card” in the hvv switch app when you try to buy the Deutschlandticket?

Chip card subscribers should be able to easily transfer their Deutschlandticket to the hvv switch app. If you’re not an hvv subscriber with a chip card and would like to buy a Deutschlandticket in the hvv switch app, simply tap “Buy Now.”
