What happens to your subscription on the hvv Card when it is transferred to the hvv switch app?

If you transfer your hvv subscription to the hvv switch app, the subscription on the chip card is automatically cancelled. Your card loses its validity.
In the hvv switch app the Deutschlandticket is immediately available and can be used immediately.
