An active booking cannot be changed. If your start or destination address changes, simply cancel the existing trip and book a new one.

No, Bonvoyo is not being discontinued. The Bonvoyo mobility budget will continue to be available throughout Germany; only the hvv M mobility budget will no longer be offered in the hvv switch app.
hvv M will remain available via the hvv switch app until June 30, 2026. After hvv M expires, the mobility budget can still be used via Bonvoyo by switching contracts, provided the employer has given their approval.
Yes, that is generally possible. Please add a new payment method under “Payment Methods” in your profile by mid-June 2026. Then, go to “Trips,” open your hvv Deutschlandticket, and click on “Manage Subscription.” There, select the new payment method and confirm the change.
The mobility budget can still be used via the hvv switch app until June 30, 2026. The hvv switch app will, of course, remain available to you. We ask that you check your reservations in advance and, if necessary, set up an alternative payment method. Receipts can also only be submitted until June 30, 2026.
