You have various options for purchasing the hvv Deutschlandticket:

Within the “All hvv tickets” widget, you can find the hvv Deutschlandticket on the following subpages:

  • Popular tickets
  • All tickets
  • All tickets → “For a longer period”

You can also find it in the “All mobility options” section, which you can access from the home page. There, under the category “Public transport” → “Tickets.”

You also have the option of configuring the hvv Deutschlandticket as a “Favorite widget.”

You can find your active hvv Deutschlandticket in the menu bar in the “Trips” section. This section in the menu bar is then marked accordingly.

You have two options for creating your favorites:

  • In the “Profile” section of the menu bar, you can open the “Favorites” category, add new favorites, or rearrange them.
  • If you have the “hvv Connections / Where would you like to go?” widget on your start page, you can also use it to access the favorites function. Once you have selected one or more favorites, you can then add your “Available Favorites” to your widget.

There are several ways to customize your home page and add or remove widgets.

You can either use the “Edit home page” button at the top right of the new home page.

Or you can scroll to the bottom of your home page and use the “Edit home page” button there.

You can also start edit mode by “long pressing” on a widget.

In “Edit Home Page” mode, you can...

  • Remove widgets using the “x” on the respective widget.
  • Customize widgets individually, if they are customizable.
  • Sort widgets.
  • Add widgets using the “Add widget” button.

After actively saving your changes, your start page will be redesigned according to your preferences.

Widgets are interactive modules or tiles that allow you to customize your mobility needs on your home page.

They come in different sizes and provide you with information or functions that allow you to directly view or access the services you need.

These types of “tiles” are not yet classic system widgets as offered by iOS or Android. This means you cannot place them on your home or lock screen, but can currently only access them as elements within the hvv switch app.
