The QR code and the manual access data are no longer available in the app after the end of the booking. This means that the door to the collective garage can no longer be opened. The bicycle parking space or locker is released for booking again in the app and can therefore be booked by someone else. If there are still spaces available in a shared garage where your bike is parked, you can book a new parking space and receive new access data. If there is no free capacity in the garage because someone else has booked in the meantime, please contact the customer service of the operator Kienzler Stadtmobiliar GmbH: 07831 / 788 900

The lockers are located inside the collective garage. You can open the collective garage with the QR code you received with your parking space booking. You can then use the second QR code you received with your locker booking to open the locker in the garage. Hold the QR code clearly visible in front of the scanner at the booked collective garage and wait for the locker door to pop open.

Unfortunately, you cannot extend your current booking in the app. As soon as your booking has expired, you can make a new booking to get access to the garage again.

Yes, as long as you have a remaining budget, you can submit receipts.
If the amount submitted is higher than the available budget, you will only be reimbursed the portion covered by the remaining budget in the next payslip. Example: You submit a cab receipt worth €10 via the receipt scan, but only have a remaining budget of €6 - you will be reimbursed €6 with your next payslip.

  • There must always be a residual budget.
  • Your employer determines which means of transportation categories are permitted.
  • If the means of transportation can be selected, then it is also activated for accounting.
  • Please note that only receipts with a previous date may be submitted. The receipts can only be uploaded as a single document (max. 10 MB, permitted formats jpeg, PNG or pdf). If there are several pages, please merge them into one document in advance.

You can find the “Submit new receipt” function on the details page of the mobility budget.

Simply open the hvv switch app and switch to the “Mobility budget” section in the menu. There you can view your current budget as usual. To submit a receipt now, select “Submit new receipt”. Fill in the required details in the form. To submit a document, you can either take a photo of it, select it from the photo album or upload it from your files.
Entered all the information? Great, then all you need to do is confirm that your details are correct.
The cost of the submitted receipt will be deducted directly from your mobility budget.

As a mobility budget holder, you can use this function to charge for means of transport used that cannot be booked via the hvv switch app (e.g. cab rides).

Processing is possible until the next payroll run by your employer. Via the mobility budget detail page, you can access an overview page of your receipts via “Your receipts”. Click on the arrow to open the voucher detail view. As long as vouchers are still being processed, you can make changes or deletions there.

Note: Deleting documents is equivalent to “canceling” them, i.e. the previously reduced mobility budget is immediately reversed. The deleted process will not be included in the next payroll run.
