When you are checked in, your active journey will be displayed in the app after 90 seconds. If you click on the active journey, your valid ticket will open. If you have checked in, but the hvv Any ticket is not there when you roll over a ticket, this is unfortunately considered to be travelling without a valid ticket for the time being. Please contact info@hvv-switch.de. We will check whether there was a technical problem.

Yes, when using hvv Any, the app must be running the entire time and must not be closed, otherwise no data can be recorded for the calculation of the journey. This does not mean that the screen has to be switched on all the time or that no other apps can be used on your smartphone while you are using hvv Any. The hvv Any app must not be closed. If the app is not active for too long (max. 2 minutes) your driving authorisation will be withdrawn.

The price of a MOIA shuttle is calculated according to a basic price and a price per kilometre. Both of these are dynamic and depend on the day of the week and time of day, as well as several other crite-ria. The distance used for the calculation is the direct distance from the starting point to the destination stop. Regardless of whether you take a different route because you’re picking up other passengers along the way. According to MOIA, the price per person is between five and ten euros for most journeys. If you book for more than one person, the price for each additional person will be cheaper.

You can add your payment methods under the menu item "Your payment details". It is possible to link a bank account and several PayPal accounts as well as a debit or credit card at the same time.

For a booking, you can either use the preselected means of payment or select a means of payment from your stored means of payment.

The deposit of a means of payment is mandatory for the use of the hvv switch services. Please note that if you pay by debit or credit card, this must be activated for the 3-D Secure procedure.

This also means that the last existing means of payment in the app cannot be deleted. If you also want to delete the last existing means of payment, you must cancel your hvv switch account. All other means of payment can be removed at any time via the menu item 'Your payment data' via the 'Trash can'.

You can cancel your hvv subscription at any time and order a new hvv Deutschlandticket in hvv switch. Completely without switch code.
Please take into account that the start date in hvv switch is after the cancellation date to avoid double debits.

Alternatively, you can also cancel your entire account by sending an email in text form to info@hvv-switch.de. Please state "Cancellation of hvv switch account" in the subject line of your e-mail.

If you are eligible to transfer your hvv subscription to the hvv switch app, you will receive a letter with your personal switch code.

Please note:  The transfer is only valid for hvv Card subscribers with the customer contract partner Hamburger Hochbahn AG (customer number beginning with the digits "19"). 
If you receive the social discount Hamburg or are a student, a transfer or order in the hvv switch app is also not supported.
