If you've forgotten your PIN, you can set a new one using the “Forgot PIN” feature. You'll find this feature in your profile under “Login and Security,” then under “Change hvv switch PIN.” A LINK will be displayed on the change page. Click the link “Forgot your hvv switch PIN?” or click the spot in the booking process where you're prompted to enter your PIN. For security reasons, you’ll need to enter your driver’s license number and password to set a new PIN, after which you can save it.
