If an incorrect booking has been made due to a technical error in the hvv switch app, please contact hvv switch customer service at info@hvv-switch.de. Please note that public transport tickets are excluded from cancellation.

If you still have residual budget, which includes €0.01, and would like to book something, you can use your residual budget once a month. The remaining amount will be deducted from your salary and shown on your pay slip. This also applies to the Deutschlandticket.

Without a mobility budget, booking is not possible. However, you can make a booking by entering a different payment method under "Your payment details".

Yes, this is possible. It is important to know that the Deutschlandticket is automatically extended at the end of a month for the following month. If your hvv M account does not have enough budget but still has a remaining budget, the Deutschlandticket will be extended and the amount not covered by the remaining credit will be deducted from your salary. If you have 0€ (remaining) budget, the Deutschlandticket will be cancelled automatically.
