Check whether your credit or debit card has expired. If necessary, deposit another card or another means of payment and use this for the booking. If necessary, contact our customer service at info@hvv-switch.de.

You can either create a PayPal account by jumping out of the app or save an already existing PayPal account. For example, you can simply let us guide you through the linking process when you make your first booking in the hvv switch app. Once a PayPal account has been created, it can be managed in your account at any time.
