No, the hvv M Account will be deactivated when hvv M is discontinued and deleted in accordance with our data retention policy. Please add a personal payment method (credit card, PayPal, SEPA direct debit) before June 15, 2026, if you wish to continue booking hvv switch offers.
No, Bonvoyo is not being discontinued. The Bonvoyo mobility budget will continue to be available throughout Germany; only the hvv M mobility budget will no longer be offered in the hvv switch app.
The mobility budget can still be used via the hvv switch app until June 30, 2026. The hvv switch app will, of course, remain available to you. We ask that you check your reservations in advance and, if necessary, set up an alternative payment method. Receipts can also only be submitted until June 30, 2026.
Yes, that is generally possible. Please add a new payment method under “Payment Methods” in your profile by mid-June 2026. Then, go to “Trips,” open your hvv Deutschlandticket, and click on “Manage Subscription.” There, select the new payment method and confirm the change.
Requests for refunds or cancellations may be submitted in writing by June 30, 2026. Please note that no retroactive refunds or cancellations will be possible after this deadline.
