The hvv app was developed as a pure public transport app whose most important functions are information and ticket purchase. Today's mobility offers you much more: in addition to bus and train, car sharing, e-scooters, ride sharing and other offers in Hamburg and the surrounding area can be used. The aim of the hvv switch app is to reflect this diversity and to offer you a central and simple access to your favourite mobility.
Due to maintenance work, it can happen in rare cases that you are automatically logged out of the app. After an automatic logout, simply log in again with your hvv switch access data. All services will then be available to you again as usual.
In individual cases, iOS users may find that the hvv switch app displays the logged-in status despite the automatic logout. In this case, please log out manually and then log in again.
It can occasionally happen that your hvv Deutschlandticket or booked tickets are not displayed after a downtime. If this happens to you, please delete the hvv switch app from your smartphone and reinstall it. You will then be able to view your purchased tickets as usual.
The reason for such e-mails is important information about the limited availability of the hvv switch service. This general, contract-relevant reason obliges us to contact all customers. Such e-mails do not have a marketing or advertising purpose for which customer consent would be required.
