B+R stands for Bike-and-Ride and offers you the opportunity to park your private bike safely near the station so that you can easily change trains. You can book a parking space for your bike and a locker at the B+R station of your choice. Your bike will be stored in a dry and secure collective garage for the duration of your booking. Your bike is better protected against vandalism and theft in the collective garage than in a freely accessible parking lot.

At the B+R stations there are collective garages for bicycles as well as additional outdoor bicycle parking spaces in front of the collective garages. A parking space in a collective garage offers you the following advantages:

You have a free choice of where to park your bike in the collective garage. The bicycles are parked in a double-decker parker in the collective garage. Bicycles of all standard frame sizes with a tire width of up to 55 mm can be parked there. Please note that parking on the upper level is limited to a bicycle weight of 18 kg. The lockers are 395 mm wide, 460 mm deep and 400 mm high.

• As soon as you click on “Parking space”, another page opens with further details about the B+R station.
• The “Book parking space” button takes you to the booking page, where you can choose a tariff and a collective garage.
• After selecting the garage and tariff, you can make your booking using the swipe-to-action button.
• Your active booking will now be displayed at the top of the app home page.

You can open the shared garage with your QR code, which you will receive in the app after successfully booking. Hold the QR code clearly visible in front of the scanner at the booked shared garage and wait for the lock on the door to open audibly. You can now open the door of the shared garage to push your bike in.

The lockers are located in the collective garage. They are therefore only accessible in combination with a parking space booking. Therefore: Make sure that the locker is located in the same collective garage as your bicycle parking space. This is how you can book a locker:

You will receive the QR code after booking your parking space and/or locker. Open your active booking on the start page of the app. This will take you to your booking details and your QR code. The code to open the collective garage and to open your locker are different QR codes, which you can find in the respective details of your parking space or locker booking.
