You have two options for creating your favorites:
- In the “Profile” section of the menu bar, you can open the “Favorites” category, add new favorites, or rearrange them.
- If you have the “hvv Connections / Where would you like to go?” widget on your start page, you can also use it to access the favorites function. Once you have selected one or more favorites, you can then add your “Available Favorites” to your widget.
Yes, as soon as your vehicle approaches, the live location is displayed on the map.
You will receive the following information in the app before the journey begins:
- Boarding time and location
- Planned journey duration
- Destination address
As soon as you have been assigned a vehicle, you will also see
- the vehicle number
- the live location of your vehicle on the map
Please check all the steps of the charging process again and repeat them.

The vehicle number will appear in the app as soon as a vehicle has been finally assigned to you - usually shortly after booking and in good time before you board.
Telephone bookings are not possible. Exception: If you find yourself in a situation where you need to extend your booking via the app during your current rental, you may be asked to call cambio support. They will then help you further.

They come in different sizes and provide you with information or functions that allow you to directly view or access the services you need.
These types of “tiles” are not yet classic system widgets as offered by iOS or Android. This means you cannot place them on your home or lock screen, but can currently only access them as elements within the hvv switch app.
Yes, you must be at least 18 years old to sign up. Registration is not available to anyone under 18.
However, minors aged 14 and older may use the bikes when accompanied by a registered adult. Please note: The available bikes have a 26" frame and, thanks to the adjustable saddle, are suitable for riders between approximately 1.50 m and 2.00 m in height. Special children’s bikes are not available.
