You can cancel your hvv switch account via the "Cancel hvv switch account" link in your profile or by using our contact form on the website. Alternatively, you can also cancel your entire account by sending an email in text form to info@hvv-switch.de. Please state "Cancellation of hvv switch account" in the subject line of your e-mail.
You can cancel your switch cancellation within 7 days either via customer service or via the link in the cancellation confirmation. If you do not cancel the cancellation, your hvv switch account will be canceled on the 8th day. You will then no longer be able to log in, and we will automatically inform any service partners you have activated about the cancellation.
As the operator of hvv switch, it goes without saying that DIE HOCHBAHN stores your data in accordance with the regulations of the EU-GDPR. If you activate services offered by our partners, the required data will be passed on to these partners. Detailed information about this can be found in the General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of hvv switch and its respective partners.
You can view and edit your so-called master data at any time, simply by going to your account in the hvv switch app. If you have questions about other personal data, please contact hvv switch customer service.
You can take immediate action yourself by “resetting” your login password and creating a new one. To do this, log out immediately and click “Log In” in your profile. There, enter your email address. Below the “Enter Password” field, you'll find the “Reset Password” link. Please click it and follow the instructions.
You can also have your user account locked and report any misuse through hvv switch customer service.
You can delete your hvv switch account directly in your profile by clicking the “Cancel hvv switch account” link. Alternatively, you can use our contact form on the website or send us an email at info@hvv-switch.d. Please use the subject line “Cancellation of hvv switch account.”
If you cancel your hvv switch account, any accounts linked to it with our partners will also be automatically terminated.
Important:
If you have a StadtRAD subscription through hvv switch, it will also be canceled.
If you have an hvv Deutschlandticket subscription, it will also be terminated as part of the account cancellation, subject to the applicable cancellation terms and conditions.
If you’d like to use hvv switch and the services it offers again later, you can re-register at any time and reactivate the desired services.
You have to be at least 18 years of age to book a MOIA shuttle. Both adults and children of all ages can ride on the shuttle, as long as the conditions of transportation are met. This means that adults can take children with them provided they can be appropriately secured inside the vehicle.
