No, vehicle models cannot be booked specifically. You book a so-called vehicle class, which can contain different models. The car will be allocated by the booking system no later than 15 minutes before the start of the journey.

You can easily extend your booking during the rental period via the app. If you have a follow-up booking, you will be asked to contact the cambio booking service by phone. Please note that additional fees may apply if the vehicle is already booked for the follow-up period.

You can also shorten your booking by returning the car earlier than planned. cambio will charge you 50 percent of the hourly rate for the unused time.

Bookings of more than 7 days can be canceled free of charge up to 7 days before the start of the booking. All shorter bookings (i.e., less than 7 days rental period) can be canceled free of charge in the app up to 24 hours before the start of the booking.

Short-term cancellations will be charged at 50% of the hourly rate.

If you return the cambio car too late, this is unpleasant for the person with the subsequent booking.

If you are still late, extend your booking with the hvv switch app. If you have a follow-up booking, you will be asked to contact the cambio booking service by telephone.

The booking service will take care of everything else. Please note that there may be additional charges for late returns.
